Chef Zdravko Robic
Since December 2015, Planinka Restaurant has been in the kitchen under the leadership of Chef Zdravko Robic.
He was born in 1977 in Maribor and comes from Upper Kungota. He has been cooking since the beginning of her childhood. He enrolled in high school catering. He has worked in many restaurants - learning and refining his skills throughout the years of his work. He also spent some time working at La Truffe Noire - a one-star Michelin-starred restaurant in Brussels, where he and chef Erik Lindelauf co-created plates.
Chef Robic looks after fresh ingredients and makes dishes simple and traditional as well as innovative and completely original. Visit our restaurant to see for yourself the first-class cuisine.
